Islamabad Electric Supply Company Limited (IESCO) invites sealed e‑bids for disposal of vehicles on an "AS IS WHERE IS" basis. Bids must be submitted through the E‑Pads v2.0 e‑bidding system. Earnest money (bid security) in original (CDR / Bank Guarantee) as specified for each lot must be submitted as per terms below. Inspection available at IESCO motor pool / store (Islamabad) during office hours.

How to apply / bid: Submit bids through the E‑Pads v2.0 online portal. Upload all mandatory information and documents as required on the e‑portal. The original earnest money (CDR / Bank Guarantee) for each lot must be submitted in favor of Chief Executive Officer, IESCO Islamabad, and remain valid for 120 days.
Other important terms: Bids are on an "AS IS WHERE IS" basis. Bidders must submit a signed undertaking on PKR 100 judicial stamp paper (Annexure‑A) and upload it with the bid. Advance taxes (GST, income tax or any other taxes as applicable) will be levied on the successful bid as per law. Successful bidders must complete full payment as directed by IESCO Finance Directorate for release of vehicles.
