Government of the Punjab, Services & General Administration Department (Procurement & Transport Wing) invites e-bids from eligible firms/companies/sole proprietors/authorized service providers (including JVs, if applicable) registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax, etc.) for multiple procurement lots for the Financial Year 2026-27.
Key submission details:
• Submission method: Online only via Punjab e‑Procurement System — https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk
• E‑Bid submission deadline: 2026-10-06 at 02:30 PM
• E‑Bid opening: 2026-10-06 at 03:00 PM
• Bid security: Fixed amounts per lot (see table). All e-bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security equal to 3% of the estimated cost mentioned, submitted as a Digital Bank Guarantee (e-Bank Guarantee) via the Punjab e‑Procurement system. The bidder shall generate the PSD from the e-Procurement Portal and arrange issuance/transmission of the digital bank guarantee (SWIFT MT760) as instructed in the bidding documents.
Eligibility and conditions:
• Bidders must be registered with relevant registration and tax authorities.
• Rates/quotations must remain valid until 2027-06-30.
• Bids must be submitted online; physical submission is not required.
• Bidding documents and full details are available on the e-Procurement Portal and the PPRA website. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per applicable rules.
