Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDDA), Government of the Punjab, invites proposals for development of a Retail Plot (Azalea) to establish a Hyper Retail Landmark at CBD Quaid District, Gulberg, Lahore. The Authority seeks proposals from firms, companies, consortiums, individual investors and developers to submit Joint Venture (JV) proposals under a Single-Stage-Two-Envelope bidding procedure in accordance with PCBDDA Procurement Regulations, 2024.
