Issuer: Municipal Corporation Rawalpindi. Municipal Corporation Rawalpindi invites e-tenders (single stage, one envelope) lot-wise for multiple civil works for the financial year 2026-27. Bidders must be registered/enlisted with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and registered on the Punjab E-Procurement System.
Key submission instructions: download and submit e-bids via the Punjab E-Procurement System. Bidders must attach or have on file PEC, GST and PST registration details. Bid security of 5% must be submitted electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System; manual CDRs or bank guarantees will not be accepted. The lowest bidder will be required to deposit a performance security of 10% of contract cost electronically. Current PPRA rules apply. If a scheduled opening date falls on a public holiday the opening will occur on the next working day.
Deadline and opening: Electronic bids must be submitted by 2026-10-09 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM by the Tender Opening Committee through the Punjab E-Procurement System.
