| Minimum Qualification | Four (04) years Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Business/Public Administration, Security Management, Social Sciences, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university. |
| Experience & Skills | Minimum 8 years of relevant experience; preferably in security administration, intelligence, operations, leading security teams, managing sensitive facilities, developing security SOPs, conducting risk assessments, emergency drills, incident management, and coordination with government, law enforcement and civil administration. Training/certification in Security/Crisis Management, Fire & Safety, Disaster Management, or Business Continuity is an advantage. |
| Age Limit | Maximum age: 40 years |
| Other Requirements | Willingness to travel between facilities and respond to security emergencies outside normal working hours. Concealment of facts or misleading information will lead to disqualification. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. No TA/DA for tests/interviews. |
