Independent System & Market Operator (ISMO) invites applications for a contract position of Manager (Security). The role supports secure and efficient operation of Pakistan’s power system and electricity market. Suitable for experienced security/administration professionals.

| 1 | Manager (Security) | Minimum 4-year Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Business/Public Administration, Security Management, Social Sciences or related field from an HEC-recognized university; minimum 8 years of overall relevant experience (security administration, intelligence, operations, leading security teams, managing sensitive facilities, developing security SOPs, conducting risk assessments, emergency drills, incident management and coordination with government/law-enforcement/civil administration). Training/certification in Security/Crisis Management, Fire & Safety, Disaster Management or Business Continuity is an advantage. Maximum age: 40 years. Candidates must be willing to travel between facilities and respond to security emergencies; female and retired officers of Pakistan Armed Forces meeting criteria are encouraged to apply. |
Terms, benefits and conditions: Contract appointment. Attractive remuneration package commensurate with qualifications, experience and responsibilities; performance-based incentives, medical coverage and other benefits as per Company policy. No TA/DA for tests/interviews. ISMO may withhold or cancel recruitment at any stage. Concealment of facts or misleading information will lead to disqualification.
