Well-reputed, financially sound firms registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax Departments and having previous relevant experience may apply through the Punjab e-Procurement system.

Bid security & submission of originals: Bid security (2% of the estimated cost) must be provided as specified (CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft/Pay Order). The original bid security instrument (lot-wise) must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the bidding document number, title and lot number to the office of the Senior Superintendent of Police (Administration), Investigation Branch, Lahore before the e-bid submission deadline.
