University of Rasul Prequalification: Book Sellers for Library Procurement (2026-27)

University of Rasul invites prequalification applications from reputed organizations/firms for supply of library books, materials and resources for the calendar year 2026–27. Qualified book sellers with requisite experience and financial strength are encouraged to apply.

How to apply / submit bids: Bidding documents are available from the date of publication and can be downloaded without fee from the Punjab e-Procurement portal and the University of Rasul website. Sealed bids (prepared in conformity with bidding instructions) must be submitted through the e-Procurement Punjab portal to the office of the Director Purchase by the submission deadline below.

Bid submission & opening: Sealed electronic bids must be submitted no later than 2026-10-06 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

Bid security & documentation: Bid security must be submitted through Bank of Punjab (online drawing) as per the e-Procurement procedure. Applicants must submit an affidavit on stamp paper confirming non-blacklisting, plus copies of Income Tax certificate and GST/PST certificates where applicable. Relevant statutory documents and other requirements specified in the bidding documents must be provided in physical form where requested.

Important notes: The university will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by courier/firms/postal services. Management may reject any or all bids at any time prior to acceptance under Rule-35 of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Follow the PPRA / e-Procurement portal instructions for all submissions.
