TEPA, LDA invites online bids from Contractors/Firms registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System (EP) and holding registration with FBR & PRA, having active tax filer status (NTN/PNTN), for rehabilitation works on the Pakistan Metrobus System (PMBS) — Islamabad Section (IJP to Pakistan Secretariat). Procurement will be carried out through the Punjab e-Procurement System (EP) in accordance with applicable Punjab procurement rules.

Bid security in the shape of a Digital Bank Guarantee / CDR equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be uploaded through the EP system before bid closing and shall be valid for the Bid Validity Period + 20 days. Only technically responsive bidders will have their financial bids opened. Bids received after the stated receiving time will not be considered.
