PEEF Invitation to Bid — Renovation of PEEF Office Building (Islamabad)

Issuer: Pakistan Education Endowment Fund (PAK-EEF-NEST), Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training.

Purpose: Open competitive tender for renovation services for the PEEF office building. Procurement will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADS) in a Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004.

Bid Security: Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of the required amount in an acceptable form as specified in the bidding document. A scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded through e-PADS and the original hard copy must be submitted physically.

Interested bidders must register on e-PADS (https://eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration) and submit bids online through the system in accordance with instructions in the bidding documents.

Pre-bid meeting: 2026-10-01 at 11:30 hours at the Conference Room, PEEF Office, 1st Floor, Plot No.39, Kirthar Road, H-9/4, Islamabad.

Submission deadline: Bids must be submitted through e-PADS by or before 11:00 hours PST on 2026-10-08. The original bid security in sealed envelope must be delivered to the specified address by the bid submission date & time.
