NAVTTC Expression of Interest 2026 – Pre‑Qualification for Training Service Providers (Apply by 2026-10-02)

Issuer: National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training, Government of Pakistan. NAVTTC invites Expressions of Interest (EOIs) for pre-qualification of technically and financially competent public and private Technical and Vocational Training Institutes, universities, small & medium enterprises, and entities to deliver specialized training programs under the Prime Minister's Youth Program (PMYSDP). Successful providers must deliver programs that lead to internationally recognized certifications.

Purpose: Pre-qualification of training service providers to run free/PMYSDP training courses across multiple priority sectors for 2026.

Key eligibility & requirements:

- Technically and financially sound public or private training providers, TV institutes, universities, SMEs may apply.

- Institutes must have the infrastructure and facilities as prescribed; infrastructure details should be uploaded on NAVTTC website as part of the pre-qualification process.

- Each institute may apply for only one sector; if applying for more than one sector, it must demonstrably have the relevant infrastructure for each sector.

- Only NAVTTC-registered institutes will be entertained; institutes affiliated/accredited with international bodies will be preferred.

- Provision of biometric attendance machines & CCTV cameras with IP links is mandatory.
