Municipal Committee Talagang invites sealed bids through the Punjab E-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/) from contractors registered on E-PADS for the year 2026-27. Procurement will follow the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules. Bids must be submitted via the e-procurement portal and be accompanied by the required bid security from a scheduled bank in favour of Municipal Committee Talagang.
Key instructions: bids must be submitted on or before 11:00 AM on the closing date and will be opened at 11:30 AM the same day. If the lowest offered rate is equal to or less than 5% below estimated cost, the lowest bidder must deposit an additional 10% performance security within 15 days of issuance of the letter of acceptance as per Punjab Local Government (Works) Rules, 2017. Bidding documents and detailed terms are available free of cost on the e-procurement portal. Submission of forged documents will lead to disqualification/blacklisting. Successful bidders must execute the department agreement on stamp paper within seven days of acceptance for issuance of work order.
