NAVTTC Expression of Interest 2026 — Pre-Qualification for Training Service Providers (Multiple Priority Sectors)

Issuer: National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training, Government of Pakistan. NAVTTC invites Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from technically competent and financially sound public and private technical and vocational training institutes, universities, small and medium enterprises, and other entities to deliver specialized training programs under the Prime Minister's Youth Program (PMYSDP). Eligible institutes must lead to internationally recognized certifications.

Who may apply: NAVTTC-registered institutes and other technically/financially sound training providers with required infrastructure and facilities as prescribed under NAVTTC qualifications. Institutes affiliated/accredited with international bodies will be preferred. No joint ventures (JVs) allowed. Provision of biometric attendance systems and CCTV cameras with IP links is mandatory.

Important notes: Each institute can apply for only one sector unless it has the required infrastructure for multiple sectors.
