Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO) — Office of the Executive Engineer (Civil), Civil Works Division, Khanewal Road, Multan invites e‑bids (E‑BIDS 2.0) on a percentage rate basis (single stage, one envelope) as per PPRA Rules‑2004 (amended) from eligible firms/contractors for the following civil works packages. Bidding documents contain detailed terms, conditions, procurement method, bid submission procedure, bid security, bid validity and evaluation criteria. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) (relevant category CE‑10), have active registration with Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) and valid Income Tax registration with FBR.
Submission/Opening: Bids must be submitted via the E‑BIDS portal. Deadline for submission: 2026-10-12 at 12:00; bids will be opened on 2026-10-12 at 12:30.
