Complete tender documents, specifications, terms and conditions can be obtained from the Procurement Directorate Office, PCBDDA (CBD Complex, Old Walton Airport, near Naval Base, Lt. (Navy) Yasir Shaheed Road, Lahore) against payment of the tender fee in the form of Pay Order / CDR / Demand Draft in favor of "Punjab Central Business District Development Authority". The request must clearly state "Request for Tender Documents" and the specific "NAME OF WORK".
Submission: Interested firms must submit sealed bids clearly marked with the specific "NAME OF WORK" to the Director Procurement, PCBDDA, at the above address on or before the stated deadline. Bids received after the deadline will be rejected and returned unopened.
Bid security: Original Bank Guarantee / Pay Order / Demand Draft / CDR issued by a scheduled bank operating in Pakistan in favor of "Punjab Central Business District Development Authority" must accompany the bid. No bid will be entertained without the required bid security.
Eligibility & conditions: Firms not debarred/blacklisted by any Government/Semi‑Government/Public Department are eligible. Firms must demonstrate capability and experience in similar projects.
