PSDF Invitation to Bid – Hiring Industry Training Partners for Advance Technology Program (Proc. No. 130/PSDF/ADT)

Issuer: Punjab Skills Development Fund (PSDF). PSDF invites sealed bids under a single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure from well-reputed, experienced and tax-registered bidders to hire Industry Training Partners for the Advance Technology Program.

Key instructions: Bids will be accepted only through the Punjab e-Procurement System (http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Late submissions or submissions by any other means will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend. If a public holiday falls on the submission date, the next working day will be treated as the closing date. The procurement is governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
