Banking Court No.1 Karachi Public Auction of Azizabad Residential Property

Banking Court No.1, Karachi (before Mr. Muhammad Saad Qureshi) will sell by public auction a mortgaged residential house (ground plus two floors) in Azizabad, KDA Scheme No.16 (FB Area), Karachi. This sale arises under Execution No. 155 of 2016, Suit No. 640 of 2016; decree holder: National Bank of Pakistan; judgment debtor: Muhammad Yasin S/O Abdul Rehman.

The auction is scheduled to be held at the site of the mortgaged property on 10.08.2006 at 1:00 pm (as stated in the notice). Market value is fixed at Rs.25,000,000 with a forced sale value of Rs.21,250,000.
