Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited, through Banking Court No.1, Karachi, announces a public auction to sell the mortgaged property described in Execution No. 19 of 2020 / Suit No. 187 of 2019 to satisfy a decree of Rs. 499,000 (plus costs). The property is Plot No. 353, Sheet V, Sector 11-1/2, Mansoor Nagar, Orangi Township, Karachi, measuring 120 sq. yards. Notice dated 03 July 2025.

The bank/court has fixed the market value at Rs. 1,100,400 and the forced sale value at Rs. 935,340. The highest bidder must immediately deposit 25% of the bid by pay order in favor of Judge, Banking Court No.1, Karachi and provide a photocopy of CNIC; the balance must be paid within 15 days of the auction. All government dues are payable by the purchaser. Sale is subject to confirmation by the Court, which reserves the right to cancel or refuse any bid.
