District Council Sialkot Tender: Road & Drain Rehabilitation Works (3 Packages)

District Council Sialkot invites electronic bids from eligible contractors/firms duly enlisted/renewed with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for Financial Year 2026-27 for the following rehabilitation works. Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System.

Key instructions: Bids must be submitted electronically on or before 2026-10-03 at 11:00 AM; electronic opening will take place the same day at 1:30 PM in the office of District Council Sialkot. Bid security of 5% of the estimated cost must be furnished only through a Digital Bank Guarantee (SWIFT MT760) using the PSID generated by the Punjab e-Procurement System; physical bid securities will not be accepted. The successful bidder shall furnish a Performance Security of 5% of the Contract Price through SWIFT MT760 in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended).

Additional conditions: Bids will be evaluated under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended). Bids must remain valid for 60 days from the date of opening. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept/reject any or all bids and to increase or decrease scope/quantities subject to budgetary availability.
