PKLI Invitation to Bidders — SLA Contracts for IPTV Parts & DC Infrastructure (Lahore)

Pakistan Kidney & Liver Institute & Research Center (PKLI&RC), Lahore invites e-bids from registered vendors/firms for two Service Level Agreement (SLA) packages for IT and data center infrastructure. Bidding documents are available free of cost on PKLI website and via PPRA; bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System (e-P) as per PPRA rules.

Key instructions and conditions:

• Submission method: Online only via Punjab e-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Hard copies are not required; the procuring agency is not responsible for technical or internet failures.
• Bid security: 2% of the estimated amount must be submitted electronically through the PITB/Punjab e-PS system in the manner prescribed in the RFP.
• Bid validity: 180 days from the bid opening date (as per PPRA rules).
• Pre-bid meeting: 2026-09-10 at 11:00 AM in the Conference Room of Supply Chain Department, Tower-A (PKLI&RC).
• Participating firms must be registered with the Punjab E-Procurement System. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives who may attend.
