Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) invites E-Bids (E-PADS V2.0) from contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and renewed for the year 2026-27 for multiple HV line, tower, pole, earth-mesh and substation maintenance/renovation works. Bidding will follow National Competitive Bidding (single-stage, one-envelope) in accordance with PPRA Rules-2004 (amended).

Key submission & eligibility requirements
- Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with the required category/specialization and registration renewed for the year 2026-27. Active registration with the Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) is required.
- Experience: Contractors must have completed similar nature contracts successfully (as main contractor) within the last 10 years; consolidated value of such contracts should meet criteria shown in tender documents.
- Financial & tax: Bidders must be active taxpayers and provide Income Tax returns for the last three years; submit proof of Sales Tax / PRA registration where required.
- Bid security: All bids must be accompanied by the required bid security (as specified in the tender documents). Original bid security (call deposit receipt) must be submitted one day before opening to the office of Project Director (GSC), FESCO Faisalabad, with the online E-Bid submission.
- Bids to be submitted online using E-PADS V2.0. Bid validity and other detailed conditions (including bid opening procedures, tender document contents and notes) are specified in the tender documents published by FESCO.
