Issuer: Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB). PSEB invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for pre-qualification of consulting firms for procurement of consultancy services for Ecosystem Development covering Policy Analysis, Formulation, Reforms & Industry Data Development (Ref: P110551). The pre-qualification is intended to identify qualified consultants who will be invited to participate in the subsequent Request for Proposals (RFP) process.
