PKLI Invitation to Bidders – SLA for IPTV Parts & DC Infrastructure (Tender PRO-159-2026, PRO-154-2026)

Pakistan Kidney & Liver Institute & Research Center (PKLI&RC), Lahore invites online e-bids from eligible, income‑ and sales‑tax‑registered vendors for service level agreements (SLA) for IPTV spare parts and DC infrastructure under Punjab Procurement Rules.

Key instructions: e-Bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Hard copies are not required. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated amount must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e‑Procurement system as specified in the RFP. Bid validity: 180 days from bid opening. Pre-bid meeting: 2026-09-10 at 11:00 AM in the Conference Room, Supply Chain Department, Tower-A, PKLI. For queries contact Supply Chain Department during office hours (08:30 AM–05:30 PM).

How to obtain documents: Bidding documents are available free of cost on PKLI website (www.pkli.org.pk) and via PPRA/PPunjab e‑procurement portals; they are available immediately after publication. Interested firms must be registered on the Punjab E‑Procurement System. In case of a public holiday on the submission date, the next working day will be treated as the closing date. Procurement will be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended) and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
