National Grid Company of Pakistan Limited (NGC) invites offers for hiring commercially located covered building/office space in Islamabad for NGC offices (EPADS Reference No. F-26091957210). Required space is approximately 30,000 sq. ft. to 40,000 sq. ft. or above in a single premises or adjacent floors for a minimum period of five (05) years, further extendable with mutual consent, having the following minimum facilities and services.

| Offer / Pricing | Offers to state per square foot rates inclusive of all taxes/fees/capital maintenance cost etc. The offer/bid must have the following information and accompanying documentary evidence as applicable: name of bidder/owner, present & correspondence address, proof of ownership/authority, power of attorney if applicable, CNIC in case of individual, registration/approval/completion/compliance certificate of LDA, and any other relevant documents. |
| Bid Security / Fees | Bid security in the form of pay order / CDR / banker’s cheque of PKR 100,000 in favour of Chief Engineer (M&P), NGC (refundable to unsuccessful bidders) is required (original to be submitted as specified). |
