Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations & Coordination invites Expressions of Interest from qualified consultancy firms or joint ventures for comprehensive fire safety, life safety and HSE audit and design consultancy for healthcare and allied establishments under the administrative control of the Ministry (Islamabad and Rawalpindi).
Scope includes audits, design, procurement support and supervision related to fire, life‑safety, HSE and related services for hospitals, medical and teaching institutions, laboratories and offices.

Eligibility and submission requirements include company profile and incorporation/registration documents; Pakistan Engineering Council registration in the relevant category (or valid arrangement for foreign firms); National Tax Number and Sales Tax registration; list of similar assignments with completion certificates; CVs of key professionals; audited financial statements and proof of average annual turnover for the last three years; and declarations regarding litigation or blacklisting status.
