Applications are invited for pre-qualification of contractors/firms for the design and build of a residential high-rise building and development of infrastructure in Karachi.
Project scope (as stated): design and build of a high-rise building (2B + G + 19) and infrastructure development on approximately 9.1 acres.

| Joint Ventures | Joint venture between two Pakistani firms in the same specialization is addressed in the notice (restrictions noted). |
| Civil contractors / architects | Civil contractors/firms not registered as architects must be registered with PEC under required codes (examples shown) and with relevant professional council in appropriate category as stated. |
| Undertaking / Affidavit | Original and latest undertaking/affidavit on judicial paper that the contractor firm and its employees have not been blacklisted by any Government, Semi-Government, autonomous or state-owned organization, and that related cases are not under trial by any court of law. |
| Tax Status | Firm/department must have a National Tax Number (NTN). |
| Submission | Proposals/applications to be submitted to the address mentioned in the advertisement within 15 days from the date of publication of the advertisement in newspapers. |
The employer reserves the right to enquire further from any firm or contractor and also reserves the right to extend deadlines, cancel or withdraw any or all proposals at any time prior to acceptance of proposals.
