NHA Request for Expressions of Interest — TPMA for Khyber Pass Economic Corridor (KPEC)

The National Highway Authority (Ministry of Communications), funded in part by the World Bank, invites eligible consultancy firms to express interest to serve as the Third Party Monitoring Agent (TPMA) for Environmental and Social Management of the Khyber Pass Economic Corridor (KPEC). The contract is for one year, renewable based on performance and project requirements. Selection will follow the Consultant’s Qualifications Based Selection method under the World Bank Procurement Regulations.
