PM&DC Tender: Turnkey Supply and Printing of PVC Cards with Printers (3-Year)

Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PM&DC) invites electronic bids for a three-year turnkey contract to provide a complete printing solution, including two PVC printers and double-sided pre-printed PVC cards, for PM&DC Head Office at G-10/4, Mauve Area, Islamabad. Eligible bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and be active taxpayers on the FBR list.

Bids must be submitted via EPADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk). A bid security of Rs.500,000/- in the form of pay order/demand draft/call deposit/banker’s cheque in favor of Pakistan Medical and Dental Council is required; the original must reach PM&DC, G-10/4, Islamabad by 10:30 am on 2026-07-20. A pre-bid meeting will be held at PM&DC, Mauve Area G-10/4, Islamabad on 2026-07-09 at 11:00 am. Electronic bids will be opened on 2026-07-20 at 11:00 am; manual bids will not be accepted.
