This is to notify the public that Plot No. 38 (278.7 Sq. Meters), Survey No. 29/38, situated in the compound of Bungalow No. 9, Civil Lines, Sargodha Cantt, is recorded in the name of Mst. Aziz Khatoon W/o Malik Muhammad Yaqoob in Schedule X (modified) of the CLA Rules, 1937. Mst. Aziz Khatoon died on 07-02-2020. Her legal heirs have applied for mutation of the leasehold rights in their favour.

If any person, department, or institution has any objection to the proposed mutation, documentary evidence must be submitted to the undersigned within fifteen (15) days. If no objection is received, the leasehold rights of the subject plot will be mutated in favour of the legal heirs and no further objections will be entertained.
