GEPCO Tender Notice 2026-27 — Boundary Wall & 132kV D/C Tower Works (Gujranwala)

Gujranwala Electric Power Company (GEPCO) invites sealed bids through E-PAKs (single-stage two-envelope procedure) for the following works under TENDERS/PDGSC/GEPCO/2026-27. Tender documents are available on E-PADs (new version 2.0), FPPRA and GEPCO websites.

Key dates: Bid submission deadline 2026-10-19 at 11:00 hrs. Bid opening 2026-10-19 at 11:30 hrs.

Submission & procurement procedure: Single-stage two-envelope bidding as per PPRA rules 2004 clause 36(b). Tendering through E-PAKs version 2.0. Tender documents available on E-PAKs, FPPRA and GEPCO websites.

Eligibility & bid security: Contractors must have valid PEC registration renewal for 2026-27 under the specified code(s). Tenderers should submit original bid security valid for 120 days in the form of Bank Draft, Pay Order, CDR or Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan equivalent to 2% of BOQ cost. The successful bidder will be required to submit performance security equal to 10% of the contract price in the form of Bank Draft, Pay Order, CDR or Bank Guarantee after issuance of LOI.

Other requirements: Bidders must provide supporting documents including PEC registration, audited tax returns (FBR) demonstrating average annual turnover as required, bank statements and relevant experience certificates. JV/consortia conditions and additional tender instructions apply as per tender documents. All documents must be uploaded/submitted through E-PAKs and in hard copy where specified.
