NHA Re-Invitation to e-Bids for 06 Routine Maintenance Works on N-55 (Punjab‑South) – Closing 2026-10-13

National Highway Authority (NHA), Punjab‑South (Central Zone) re-invites e-bids from contractors registered with the Income Tax Department, listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue, and registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-5 or above with specialization codes CE-01 & CE-10 for routine maintenance packages on N-55.

Procurement method: Single Stage – Two Envelope. Bidding documents (Method of Procurement, detailed terms & conditions) will be available for download from 2026-09-30 on the NHA e-procurement portal. Technical e-bids must be submitted in accordance with the instructions provided in the bidding documents.

Submission and opening schedule: Technical e-bids must be submitted by 2026-10-13 up to 11:30 Hours. Technical e-bids will be opened on 2026-10-13 at 12:00 Hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Financial e-bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened later as per the procedure.

All firms are advised to register on the e-procurement portal as manual (hard-copy) bids will be eliminated for upcoming procurements. This advertisement is also available on the PPRA website.
