Key submission & opening dates
- Bid submission deadline (online via E‑PADS v2.0): 2026‑10‑20 up to 11:30 AM.
- Bids will be opened on E‑PADS v2.0: 2026‑10‑20 at 12:00 Noon (in presence of bidders or their authorized representatives).
- Original bid security (CDR) must be provided to the opening committee by 2026‑10‑20 up to 11:00 AM.
Eligibility & mandatory requirements
- PEC registration certificate renewed for 2026‑27 with applicable specialization category/code.
- Active Taxpayer List (ATL) status.
- Income Tax Returns for the last three years.
- Registration for sales tax with Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) where applicable.
- Identity Card of Contractor / Managing Partner / Director of the firm.
- At least two successfully completed contracts of same nature within last ten years (supporting completion certificates).
- Consolidated value of these contracts must be more than 40% of estimated/BOQ cost; average annual turnover requirements as per tender document.
- All bids must be accompanied by bid security (amount as per individual tender) and will be valid for 140 days.
