Pre-Qualification Notice: Suppliers for Repair, IT, Travel & Event Services — Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training

The Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training (M/o FE&PT), Islamabad invites pre-qualification proposals from well-reputed, PPRA-registered suppliers/firms/vendors on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR, stationed in Rawalpindi/Islamabad, for repair, maintenance and services during FY 2026-27. Required categories include air travel & accommodation, event management, repair/maintenance of official vehicles (Suzuki, Toyota, Honda, motorcycles, school buses), IT hardware and equipment (computers, printers, laptops, servers), machinery (photocopiers, fax, air conditioners, geysers, exhaust fans), furniture & fixtures, office building repair, and vehicle & rent-a-car.

Interested firms must submit e-Bids through EPADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk). Bidding documents are available on EPADS, the PPRA website and the ministry website.
