The National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC), Headquarters G-5/2 Islamabad, invites electronic bids for multiple tenders: HQ/ADV-01/2026-27 (end-to-end implementation and ISO/IEC certification of NTC data centers), HQ/ADV-02/2026-27 (outsourcing of human resources for various administrative services for a period of three years), and HQ/ADV-03/2026-27 (procurement of managed DNS service for a period of three years).
Suppliers/contractors/service providers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities with relevant experience must submit bids electronically through EPADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk. Electronic bids must be submitted on or before the bid closing times specified in the respective tender documents; manual bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened at least 30 minutes after closing. Tender documents and the GRC notification are available on EPADS and NTC’s website.
