Pakistan WAPDA Foundation (PWF) invites applications for the position of Secretary (PWF) on a contract basis (BPS-19). The role supports the Managing Director and Board of Directors in administrative, legal and commercial matters and requires proven senior management experience in a utilities/energy or government environment.

| Key responsibilities | Assist MD (PWF) on administrative/legal/commercial matters; act as Secretary to the Foundation; prepare agendas and notices, issue BoD minutes; coordinate and implement BoD decisions; maintain BoD records; arrange performance review meetings for workshops/petrol pumps and issue minutes; formulate staff rules & regulations; handle correspondence; process widow and marriage grant cases; other duties as assigned |
