SECP Recruitment: Director - Appellate Bench Registry (Contract) — Islamabad

Issuer: Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).

The SECP invites applications on open merit for one contractual position of Director - Appellate Bench Registry. Applications must be submitted via the SECP careers portal. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted; selection will follow a multi-stage evaluation process. SECP may cancel the recruitment at any stage.

Qualification & Preferences: LL.B. or LL.M. from an HEC-recognized university/institute. Preference given to candidates who have obtained Bar-at-Law and an LL.M. degree.

Experience: Minimum 15 years of relevant post-qualification experience, including at least 2 years with a regulator. Preference for candidates with experience as an adjudicating officer in a regulatory body.

Age Limit: Maximum age 50 years as of the closing date for submission of applications.

Appointment Terms: Contractual appointment for three (3) years, extendable based on organizational need and performance. Commission may consider regularization after three years subject to prescribed criteria.
