Institute of Space Technology (IST) Invitation to Bid – Multiple RFQs (Closing 2026-10-15)

Institute of Space Technology (IST) invites electronic bids (e-bids) from eligible firms, suppliers and contractors registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax and Sales Tax and registered on E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) Version 2.0 for the following procurements. Bidders must meet eligibility, qualification and authorization requirements specified in the respective bidding documents.

Submission & other instructions:

E-bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS Version 2.0 by 2026-10-15 at 11:30 AM. E-bids will be opened electronically the same day at 12:30 PM. Manual/physical bids shall not be accepted. Procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and applicable PPRA regulations. IST reserves the right to accept or reject any or all e-bids as per rules. Any corrigendum, amendment or clarification will be communicated through EPADS/PPRA and IST's official website.
