Issuer: Military Lands & Cantonment Department, Rawalpindi Cantonment Board. The Board invites electronic bids (Single‑Stage Two‑Envelope) through E‑PADS V2.0 for multiple civil works and public improvement packages for Financial Year 2026–2027. Procurement method: Open Competitive Bidding under Single‑Stage Two‑Envelope Procedure (Rule 36(b) of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004).
Key submission details: Bids must be submitted electronically through the E‑PADS V2.0 portal on or before 13 October 2026 at 1:00 PM. Bids will be opened the same day at 1:30 PM. Manual/hard‑copy submission is not allowed. Earnest money: 2% of the estimated cost in the shape of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) issued by any scheduled bank in favor of Cantonment Executive Officer, Rawalpindi Cantonment Board. Original CDR must be submitted prior to opening of technical bids; bids without prescribed bid security will be treated as non‑responsive.
