GEPCO Tender Notice 2026-27 – Grid Station Boundary Wall (Mandi Bahauddin) & 132kV Tower Works (Pasrur‑Narowal)

Issuer: Gujranwala Electric Power Company Limited (GEPCO) – Project Director (GSC), GEPCO Gujranwala.

GEPCO invites bids for the following works under tenders/PDGSC/GEPCO/2026-27. Single stage two‑envelope procedure as per PPRA Rules 2004 (clause 36(b)). Bids to be submitted through E-Pads (new version 2.0). Tender documents available on E-Pads, PPRA & GEPCO websites.

Bid submission deadline: 2026-10-19 at 11:00 Hrs. Bid opening: 2026-10-19 at 11:30 Hrs.

Bid security / Earnest Money: Original bid security for 120 days in shape of Bank Draft, Pay Order, CDR or Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan @ 2% of BOQ cost must be supplied.

Performance security: Successful bidder to submit 10% of contract price as performance security after issuance of LOI in the form of Bank Draft, Pay Order, CDR or Bank Guarantee.

Eligibility & Documents: Valid PEC registration for year 2026-27 in the specified categories is required. Contractors must provide average annual turnover with FBR tax returns, audited accounts or certified auditor statements as per tender conditions. Current bank statement and proof of past experience as specified. Joint ventures allowed with required documentation (NTN, FBR & PRA details, joint account, agreement on judicial stamp paper, notarized power of attorney where applicable). Registration certificates (active) from PRA or PST must be attached.

Other conditions: No cutting/overwriting in tender documents. Tender rates to be filled in figures and words. Department reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per PPRA rules. All required documents to be submitted via E-Pads v2.0.
