Gujranwala Electric Power Company (GEPCO) invites sealed/electronic tenders (TENDERS/PDGSC/GEPCO/2026-27) for construction works. Bids will be submitted and opened via E-PADs (version 2.0) on the dates below. Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per PPRA Rules 2004 (clause 36(b)).

Eligibility & Pre-qualification: Contractors must have valid PEC registration renewal for 2026-27 under the specified codes. Average annual turnover and tax returns from FBR for the last 2 years should meet the tender BOQ requirements (verified by a certified auditor). Current bank statement up to date of opening showing 15% balance of the individual work value is required. Experience: submit up to two valid work orders of similar nature with completion certificates totaling at least 100% of BOQ amount during the last 5 years.
Bid Security & Performance Guarantee: Original bid security for 120 days in form of Bank Draft, Pay Order, CDR or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank in Pakistan @ 2% of BOQ must be supplied. Successful bidder to submit 10% of contract price as performance security after issuance of LOI.
Application & Documents: Tender documents obtainable through E-PADs (version 2.0) / PPRA website. Bidders must attach active registration certificates (PRA for PST), company profile, experience proofs in grid station & transmission line works for last five years, and an authority letter on PKR 100 judicial stamp paper for representatives collecting documents. In case of JV, submit joint bank account, active NTN in FBR & PRA and a judicial-stamped agreement (PKR 3,000) attested by a Notary Public.
Other Conditions: No cutting/overwriting in tender documents. Rates must be filled in figures and words and signed. Department reserves the right to accept/reject tenders as per PPRA rules. No conditional tenders will be accepted.
