PCSIR Tender for Supply & Installation of Equipment (Packages) — Deadline 2026-10-13

Issuer: Pakistan Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (PCSIR), Ministry of Science & Technology — Head Office, Constitution Avenue, G-5/2, Islamabad.

Tender Enquiry No.: MRC&AMRE/PCSIR/Equipment/2026/02 (Re-Tender). PCSIR invites sealed electronic bids for the supply and installation of equipment/machinery on a single-stage two-envelope basis. Eligible bidders include well-reputed registered manufacturers, sole agents, authorized dealers, suppliers and government contractors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and appearing as active taxpayers on the FBR list.

How to apply / submit bids: Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 (eprocure.gov.pk). Bidding documents, detailed terms, specifications and requirements are available to registered bidders on EPADS v2.0. Manual submission of bids will not be accepted.

Key dates and times: Electronic bids must be submitted on or before 2026-10-13 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on 2026-10-13 at 11:30 AM via EPADS v2.0.

Earnest money: To be deposited in the shape of bank draft/call deposit from any scheduled bank in favour of The Project Director (MRC&AMRE) as specified for each package.

Delivery terms: Delivery will be made to PCSIR Laboratories Complex, Karachi on FOR basis.

Other conditions: PCSIR reserves the right to accept or reject any/all bids or proposals or vary the scope of work as per applicable PPRA rules.
