Key Eligibility & Requirements:
- Registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (or SECP) with at least 5 years of overall experience.
- Registration with FBR/AJK-CBR and listed on Active Tax Payer List (ATL) of FBR.
- Proven experience in municipal solid waste management/collection and transportation (at least one or two contract projects successfully executed).
- Demonstrate manpower, vehicles, machinery, equipment, and financial capacity required for effective implementation.
- Bid security of PKR 3.0 million must be submitted with the technical bid.
- Blacklisted/debarred firms and firms failing eligibility/qualification criteria will be ineligible.
Important Notes:
- Financial bids will remain sealed and opened only for technically qualified/responsive bidders.
- Incomplete or conditional bids without bid security will be rejected.
- The Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with applicable AJK PPRA rules. All taxes levied by Government of AJK will be charged as per prevailing rules.
