Tender Notice – Supply of IT Equipment and Miscellaneous Items (Director General Logistics, Karachi)

Sealed tenders are invited from registered, reputed manufacturers/suppliers/authorized agents for the supply of various IT equipment and miscellaneous items to the Office of the Director General Logistics, Karachi. Items include monitors, printers, hard disks, scanners, workstations, laptops, switches, containers, power sensors/meters, LED monitors, air conditioners, compressors, tool kits and other related spare parts and accessories.

How to obtain tender documents and submit bids:

- Tender documents can be downloaded by registered suppliers/firms from the procuring office website and are also available on the PPRA website (www.ppra.org.pk). Technical and financial offers must be submitted in accordance with the instructions provided in the tender documents.

- All proposals/bids/offers must be submitted as sealed tenders. Tender packages must be duly signed, stamped and accompanied by the covering letter on the firm’s letterhead. Tender fees must be paid as specified in each tender package (details available in the downloaded documents).

- Submit tenders to: Director General Logistics, P.O. Box: 8402, Karachi-75270.

- Submission and opening times: Bids for each tender lot must be submitted by 14:00 hours on the respective submission date. Bid openings will be held at 14:30 hours on the same submission date.

- Payment/fee submission: Tender fee payments may be submitted through MCB online account as instructed in the tender documents; original receipts should be attached with the technical quotation.

Notes: Incomplete, conditional, ambiguous or doubtful proposals/ bids/offers will not be considered. The procuring organization reserves the right to accept or reject any/all bids as per applicable rules and the terms & conditions in the tender documents.
