E-Procurement Tender: Renovation of General Bus Stand — Municipal Committee Samundri

Municipal Committee Samundri invites electronic bids through the Punjab PPRA e‑Procurement System from eligible engineering firms / contractors for the following scheme to be executed during Financial Year 2026-27. Bidders must be duly registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category for the Financial Year 2026-27 and also registered on the Punjab PPRA e‑Procurement System.

Key submission details: Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab PPRA e‑Procurement System on 2026-10-19 up to 02:30 PM. Bids will be opened the same day at 03:00 PM in the office of the Municipal Committee Samundri in the presence of the tender opening committee and bidders or their authorized representatives.

Important conditions: bidders must complete and sign all required forms in the bidding documents; unit rates must be quoted both in figures and words on the prescribed price schedule; quoted rates shall be inclusive of all applicable government taxes; conditional, unsigned, incomplete, overwritten or doubtful bids shall be rejected. The successful bidder shall furnish Performance Security in accordance with Rule 56 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 before issuance of the Work Order. The time for completion will be as specified in the Work Order and the successful bidder is responsible for carrying out all required quality control tests at their own expense.
