C&W Punjab E‑Tender: Addition/Alteration to Punjab House, Karachi

Issuer: Communication & Works Department, 5th Buildings Division, Government of Punjab (Buildings Buildings Circle No.3, Lahore). E‑Tendering notice inviting bids for the Addition / Alteration to Punjab House, Karachi under single‑stage two‑envelope procedure via the Punjab e‑Procurement System.

Eligibility & key instructions: Contractors/ firms must be enlisted/ renewed with PEC for the current financial year in the relevant category C‑4 or above with specialized code CE09 or CE10. Financial bid opening will be conveyed after technical evaluation via EPADS/PPRAs portal.
