Pakistan Air Force (Southern Air Command) — Pre-Qualification & Registration of Local Suppliers/Contractors for Ration Items (Karachi) — Closes 2026-11-15

Issuer: Pakistan Air Force, Bases & HQs Southern Air Command, Karachi. Purpose: Pre-qualification and registration of reputable, well‑experienced, financially sound and income tax–registered local firms/contractors for supply of dry & fresh ration items to Headquarters Southern Air Command and PAF bases.

Scope / Items: Supply of ration items including (but not limited to) fine atta, semolina, vermicelli, lentils, bengal gram flour, rice, cooking oil, milk powder, sugar, tea leaves/green tea, meat, vegetables, fruits, squash, salt, ice, firewood, bread and condiments.

Application period and collection: Application forms and instructions to be collected from the office of Senior Staff Officer (Support & Air Defence), Headquarters Southern Air Command, PAF Karachi & Oil & Catering Flight, PAF Bases from 01 October 2026 during working hours 0900–1400 hrs. Interested parties may submit applications from 01 October 2026 to 15 November 2026 (working hours 0900–1400 hrs).

Submission instructions: Applications duly marked "Pre-Qualification / Registration of Local Suppliers / Contractors for Ration Items" in a sealed envelope must be submitted to Senior Staff Officer (Support & Air Defence), Headquarters Southern Air Command, PAF. The proprietor/owner/partner should be Pakistani national.

Key documents required (summary):

- Owner/partner name, address, telephone, mobile and fax; proof that proprietor/owner/partner is Pakistani national.

- Six months to one year summary of bank accounts and bank certificate showing financial stability with banker details.

- Company profile and status (proprietorship/partnership/public or private limited); memorandum & articles of association where applicable; registration proof (including CNIC copies of owners/partners).

- Details of registration with major organisations and list of agreements/contracts; sales tax and income tax registration certificates, copies of tax returns and payment of income tax, NTN and professional tax certificate.

- Litigation details, affidavits regarding correctness of submitted information, proof of work experience with government institutions (Army/Navy/Air Force preferred) and attested copy of contractor’s domicile certificate. Any additional information related to the subject may be attached.
