Position: Procurement Officer – Quotation (OG-II / OG-I)

| Reporting To | Wing Head – Procurement (South) |
| Educational / Professional Qualification | Minimum graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or international university/college/institute. Candidates having a Master’s degree and/or relevant diploma/certification(s) will be preferred. |
| Experience | Minimum 3 years of work experience in procurement of goods & services, preferably in banking. Experience of procurement through tendering processes as per PPRA rules is preferred. |
| Key Skills & Expertise | Good administrative & interpersonal skills; problem-solving, analytical and time-management skills; familiarity with e-procurement platforms (EPADS / e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) or other federal/provincial public procurement regulatory authority platforms preferred; attention to detail; proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). |
| Main Duties & Responsibilities | Assist Departmental Head in preparing & implementing public procurement strategy/plan; ensure implementation and compliance of SOPs and timely delivery of equipment across NBP network; develop Requests for Quotation (RFQ) for a variety of goods (furniture, sign boards, office equipment, electrical appliances, stationery, etc.); analyze demand and plan procurement; process publication of RFQs on EPADS; ensure timely posting of RFQs & purchase orders on EPADS; maintain comprehensive and up-to-date procurement documentation; prepare proper filing for audit, compliance and reporting; process approval notes and payments of suppliers as per bank rules and SOPs; perform other assignments as assigned by supervisor(s). |
| Assessment | Only shortlisted candidates meeting eligibility criteria will be invited for test and/or panel interview(s). |
| Employment Type | Contractual basis for three years, which may be renewed at the discretion of management. Selected candidates will be offered a compensation package and other benefits as per Bank’s policy/rules. |
