SBP BSC Karachi — Invitation to e-Bid for Building Works & Services (Oct 2026)

State Bank of Pakistan Banking Services Corporation (SBP BSC), Engineering Department, Head Office Karachi invites e-bids from eligible bidders for the following building works and services. Bids are to be submitted through the ePADS v2.0 portal (vendors.epads.gov.pk). Single-Stage Two-Envelope procedure adopting Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) will be used in line with applicable Public Procurement rules and guidelines. Scanned bid security must be uploaded with the e-bid and the original should be submitted to the Engineering/Procurement Division, 1st Floor, SBP‑BSC Bolton Market Building, M.A. Jinnah Road, Karachi.

- Download bidding documents and submit e-bids via ePADS v2.0: https://vendors.epads.gov.pk

- Registered bidders on the new version of ePADS v2.0 may participate; vendors not yet registered may register on the portal.

- Scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded with the e-bid; the original bid security must reach the Procurement Division at the address above before bid opening.
