PMDC Management Trainee Programme – One-Year Training (Sales & Marketing, Legal)

Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC), a state-owned enterprise under the Ministry of Energy (Petroleum Division), invites applications for a one-year Management Trainee Programme (job training opportunity) on a contractual basis. The programme is intended for capacity building of young professionals and does not guarantee regular employment on completion.

Eligibility & requirements: Applicants must be local or foreign-qualified Pakistani nationals with at least 16 years of education in the relevant discipline as recognized by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan. Maximum age: 28 years as on date of advertisement. Minimum CGPA: 3.0. Candidates who graduated in the 2025–26 year with or without post-qualification experience may apply.

Selection process & benefits: Applicants meeting the standard eligibility criteria will be required to appear for a written test and interview. Selection is on merit with weightage: 30% academic marks, 40% test, 30% interview. Selected candidates will receive a lump-sum monthly stipend of PKR 80,000. No TA/DA will be admissible for interviews. Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained.
