E‑Tender: Fabrication & Supply of Solid Waste Machinery — Tehsil Municipal Administration Palas (KP)

Tehsil Municipal Officer, Tehsil Municipal Administration Palas (Local Government, Elections & Rural Development Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa) invites e‑tenders (EPADS) for fabrication and supply of solid waste machinery. Registered manufacturers/fabricators/suppliers/firms having NTN, GST and valid PEC registration with at least 3 years’ experience and relevant documents are eligible to participate.

Key submission and eligibility details:

- Bidding method: Single stage, two‑envelope procedure under KPPRA Rules via EPADS. Bidders must register on EPADS and upload bids online.

- Submission deadline: Bids must be submitted/uploaded on EPADS before 2026-10-12 at 11:30 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM.

- Bid security: Original 2% of the total bid price in the shape of CDR payable in the name of "TMO TMA Palas" must be submitted in a sealed envelope as specified.

- Financial & technical evaluation: Procuring entity will evaluate technical proposals first; conditional or incomplete bids, late submissions, and manual bids will not be entertained.

- Taxes & delivery: All applicable taxes (Sales Tax, Income Tax, KPRA taxes, stamp duties etc.) will be applied as per Government rules. Rates should be quoted on FOR basis with free supply/delivery to the TMA office. Successful bidder must provide operational training to staff.

- Other: Purchase order issuance is subject to the release of funds. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning reason as per KPPRA rules.
